About Me

I am Kira O'Boyle, a freelance creative, passionate about combining my love for music, lifestyle, travel and popular culture across a realm of writing, broadcast and content creation platforms. 

I am currently a Freelance Broadcast Journalist & Producer at BBC local stations, where I have produced and created audio and visual content across broadcasting shows at BBC Leicester and BBC 3CR.

My love for creating content across digital platforms began at the University of Nottingham as a writer. I have written for University publications, The Mic and Impact magazine, and Nottingham-based publication, LeftLion. My writing has specialised across music, lifestyle, fashion and travel, across features, interviews and reviews.
